A quiet end to last week. It seems like the Market is bottoming out all around the East Of Suez. Activity has been rather muted on the LRs and MRs. Truth be told, it does seem like the rates are bottoming out. With the volume of ships available compared to the surfacing enquiries, rates have somewhat been on a continuous spiral downwards. Will the market hold stable at current levels or weaken further week on week, that seems to be the question. Owners will try to be resilient and hold the rates steady if possible at last done levels.
